Adding Some Play to My Day
A couple of years ago I made a spontaneous trip to the Newark Museum for a Christmas Tea with Molly Hatch. She is one of my favorite Artists. I bought a vase from Anthropologie which she designed. It is blue and white with the words "Make Do" on it. She offers classes in Massachusetts which I hope to attend one day. But, she really made my week last week by offering free classes online and offering paper accents to cut out and use for setting a beautiful table. Can't wait this week to make some things and set a beautiful table for Easter. I have been interested in the art of "tablescaping" lately, and I am looking forward to taking and sharing pictures. I have joined a tablescaping group on Facebook. Next week I hope to start a group of my own, and work on a fundraiser to do locally.
