Spring Awakening
A little funny how this plague is happening at the same time as Lent. I think it is good, as I know it is a time of reflection for me. I may not go physically to church. But, I was educated for nine years through the church and graduated from a Catholic University. A friend on Facebook shared the Lenten meditation for the National Cathedral in Washington DC . I signed up to receive the meditation each morning sent to my inbox of my email. I was moved by each day, since it was not only a reading and a prayer, it was related to the pandemic. Which, made the prayers more meaningful. As, we move towards Palm Sunday this week, it is more intense following the footsteps of Jesus. I also like the perspectives of all different religions and not just the Catholic. I hope you visit the website. But, most of all I hope you get there in person some day.
